How do I redeem a Udemy coupon?

Select the Udemy offer you want to redeem. Follow the link through to the Udemy website, and copy the code from the pop up window. When you’ve selected your course, review your cart - enter your code in the box below the checkout total, then proceed to the payment page. If the offer doesn’t require a code, it’s even easier - just click on the offer to be redirected the site, where your savings will be automatically applied.

How do I get in touch with my Udemy instructor?

Head to the ‘overview’ section of your course, and select ‘see more’. Your instructor’s name and details will be listed at the bottom of this page. If you’re not enrolled in a course yet but want to contact the instructor, just view the course page and select the ‘about the instructor’ link at the top of the page.

What’s the Udemy refund policy?

If a course isn’t quite right, you can apply for a refund within 30 days of purchase. Just head to your account and select ‘request a refund’ for the course in question.

Can I buy a Udemy course as a gift?
