How do I redeem my Coles vouchers online?

Select the deal you want to use and follow the link through to the Coles Online website. Add items to your trolley as usual. When you’re ready to check out, hit the ‘trolley and checkout’ link on the right hand side of the screen. On the payment page, there’s a box to enter a code - paste it here and apply to redeem your savings.

How much does Coles Online charge for delivery?

Delivery charges range between $4 and $20, depending on location, time of day and the length of the delivery window chosen. To keep costs down, opt for a less popular delivery time, such as daytime on weekdays. You’ll also qualify for free shipping on your first shop, or if you opt for click and collect!

Do I need to be at home to collect my Coles Online delivery?

Yes, you do - the delivery team will get in touch if they arrive and noone is home. There’s a $30 cancellation fee if the delivery can’t be made.

Can I make changes to my Coles Online order?

Yes - you can cancel or amend your order and delivery details right up until the order cut-off time. Just head to the ‘past orders’ section of the website to make changes.

Can I order alcohol from Coles Online?

Liquor is not available through Coles Online to customers in Queensland, Tasmania or Alice Springs; and you can’t collect liquor from click and collect locations. Otherwise, it’s fine to order alcohol with your shop if you’re over 18 - just make sure you’ve got your ID on you when the delivery is made!
