Do single travellers pay more with G Adventures?

G Adventures will not charge you extra for being a single traveller, however, it will mean that you will be sharing a room with another G Adventure traveller as all bookings are made on a twin share basis. If you choose to pay extra for a single room, you may want to use a G Adventures promo code on your order to make a saving on your booking.

How will I know if my G Adventures booking is complete?

Once you have booked, you will receive an email shortly after confirming your arrangements. All correspondence from then on will be by email, including your travel documents. 

Can I cancel my G Adventures booking?

Once the deposit has been paid and your booking has been confirmed, you will no longer get a refund. You could receive up to 50% of your other payments back if you cancel your booking within 60 days of departure. If you cancel within 30 days of departure, you will lose 100% of your funds.

Does my G Adventures booking come with insurance?

No, you will need to ensure you have your own medical travel insurance covered. The policy must cover up to $200,000 worth of emergency and repatriation costs - proof of this will be asked on day one of your tour with G Adventures. As with everything, cancellation insurance is recommended. G Adventures can help organise insurance, simply call customer services for support.
