Do I have to pay for my entire CruiseAway in one go?

If you’ve booked your cruise before the month of travelling, then you can pay a deposit and then pay off the rest in installments. The full total needs to be paid at least 65 days prior to travel. If you’re considering booking now, it is advised to apply your CruiseAway discount code before payment and use a credit card to book.

Do I need my passport to get on my CruiseAway?

Each cruise requires some proof of Australian Citizenship before allowing passengers to board. You may not need a passport exactly but you will need a notarized copy of your birth certificate with a raised seal and photo identification to hop aboard.

Where can I actually go on my CruiseAway?

You can view all of the ship routes and options on the Destinations page. Prices will vary depending on the time of year.

Are my belongings safe during a CruiseAway journey?

Absolutely. All of the newest ships signed up with CruiseAway have safes in the cabin with instructions on how to seal them. If you do not have one but you would like a safety deposit box, you can request from the concierge.

You can speak to a CruiseAway advisor Monday to Friday between 8am and 7pm AEST. At weekends, customer services are open 9am until 5pm.
