Product Returns Policy at Foot Locker

If you’re unsatisfied with your order from Foot Locker and would like a refund, it’s super easy to process a return. So long as the item is still it’s original condition, unused, has all its original tags attached and in its original packaging, you can return it up to 28 days after purchase for a refund.

If you purchased your item/s online just follow these simple steps and Foot Locker will cover the cost of postage:

Complete the Online Return Form, make sure all fields are accurate and completed.
Print your pre-paid returns label via the Australia Post Returns Portal.
Place the product in a satchel or box and seal well. Make sure you don't attach anything (like packaging tape) to the original shoe box, as this will void your return.
Drop off your item/s to any Australia Post outlet or post box.

If you used Afterpay:

If you used Afterpay for your online order, your item/s cannot be returned in-store. It must be returned to our warehouse for the refund to be processed.
