Does City Chic offer free delivery?

CC Nation and customers that spend above $150 will receive free standard delivery. For orders below the threshold for free delivery, you will be offered standard delivery at a cost. If you live nearby a City Chic store, you may want to choose Click and Collect for a free option. Remember you can also add in your City Chic discount code to bring down the cost of your order as well. 

Can I use Afterpay for City Chic orders?

Yes, City Chic offers customers the opportunity to use Afterpay. Simply choose the items you want and pay them off over four easy fortnightly payments. You won’t be charged interest or additional fees. 

Can I change my City Chic order?

Unfortunately, once you have put through an order City Chic is unable to amend it. You may be able to cancel your City Chic order before it ships but you will need to ring the office immediately which is only open Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm Australian Eastern Daylight Time. 

What is the City Chic return policy? 

If you are unhappy with your order, you will need to send it back within 30 days of purchasing the items and in its original condition. This covers items paid for using Afterpay as well. Returns to store are accepted. You can also return items via the Post Office though you must include your tax invoice email which would have been included in your initial order.
