When will my UNIQLO products arrive?

Once you’ve put your UNIQLO coupon to good use, you’ll be eager for your delivery to arrive. This should take 2-4 business days for Sydney, Melbourne, Canberra and Brisbane; 5 days for Adelaide; and 5-8 business days for Perth and regional areas. Shipping is free for orders over $60 or a flat rate of $5.95 for orders below this value.

If you can’t wait for your UNIQLO package, you could choose the express post option for $12.95. This takes 1-4 business days, dependent on location.

What is the UNIQLO returns policy?

UNIQLO is happy to accept returns within 30 days of receipt as long as items are in their original, unworn condition. You can return your products by post or drop into your local UNIQLO store.

Is there a UNIQLO size guide?
