Can I use Oxipay for Sportitude items?

Asides from being able to pay by Amex, Visa and MasterCard credit and debit cards, you can also opt to pay using PayPal or Oxipay. With Oxipay, you can pay eight weekly or four fortnightly payments, helping you spread the cost of your order. Just opt for Oxipay at the checkout page, not least forgetting to add your Sportitude voucher to the promotions page before paying.

How much does Sportitude charge for delivery? 

Express delivery is free for orders over $150, otherwise it will cost between $5.95 and $10.95 depending on the sum of your order. Regular delivery costs $7.95, unless you spend more than $100 on an order, in which case you will get your delivery for free. 

Can I track my order from Sportitude? 

Your order will be sent using the courier Australia Post. therefore to track your order you will need to use the tracking number included in your dispatch confirmation email on the Australia Post website.  

What is Sportitude’s exchange policy? 

All purchases are covered with a 30-day return and exchange policy. You will need to contact Sportitude to arrange your return or exchange, ensuring your items are both unused and in their original condition.

Does Sportitude offer gift cards? 

Yes, you can email a gift card over to someone via the Gift Card page. The minimum top up is $25 and you can personalise your email with a note.
