On the MyHouse website, add items to your cart as usual - you’ll be able to enter your code on the payment page, after signing in to your account.

Does MyHouse offer free shipping?

Yes - there are a few options for free shipping. There’s free standard shipping on all orders over $50, or you can sign up to the Advantage Club to unlock free standard shipping on all orders. Otherwise, standard shipping costs $15. If you need your items in a hurry, opt for express shipping for an additional $15.

What’s the MyHouse returns policy?

You can return items within 35 days for a refund or exchange, either in-store or by mail using the returns slip that came with your order. If you’re an Advantage Club member, you’ve got an extended returns period of 42 days.

Can I buy a MyHouse gift card online?
