Online orders from Katie’s can be paid for using AfterPay allowing you to split the cost over four easy instalments. When you get to the checkout page, enter in your Katies voucher and then selected ‘AfterPay’ as your method of payment. Your order should then be approved.

What type of delivery does Katie’s offer?

You can opt for direct delivery which will reach you in 3-5 business days should you live in metro areas. For orders above $60, you will receive free standard delivery, otherwise, the cost of direct delivery is $10. You can also opt to click and collect your order for free.

Is my Katie’s order trackable?

After you’ve placed your order with Katie’s, you’ll receive an order confirmation with a tracking link and number. You can also track your order via the Australia Post website. You will need to wait up to 24 hours for your tracking number to be activated.
