After four years in operation, the owner of Tranquile Salon was looking for a way to gain more exposure and help new clients easily find the business and enjoy their full range of hair services.
Working with Groupon has helped put Tranquile Salon on Perth's hair services map, with many Groupon customers who have loved their experience becoming full-paying, long-term clients.

A Schwarzkopf Professional salon offering a complete range of hairdressing services, Tranquile Salon was established in Perth, Western Australia in mid-2015.
When looking for a marketing platform to promote their brand and salon offerings, owner and principal styliste Rezala believed Groupon was the best way forward.
“We really wanted to announce our presence and found Groupon a great platform to use as it offers such a big audience,” Rezala said.
“Our Groupon campaign gave the salon exposure and let people know where we are, really putting the salon on the map, and now clients find us more easily.
“This has allowed us to build up a paying clientele, as while more clients found us because of Groupon, some came back as full paying customers, which was wonderful!”
Rezala said she also enjoyed the support of her sales representative, saying “she has been amazing in assisting me, very helpful!”
