After opening a new clinic in a regional location, My Cosmetic Clinic was looking to attract customers immediately and turned to Groupon to help.

My Cosmetic Clinic provides both surgical and non-surgical cosmetic services across NSW including anti-wrinkle injections, dermal fillers and skin rejuvenation treatments. We have eight clinics altogether and have been in business for over six years.
Groupon is a reliable source of bringing new customers to our clinic. Not only do our Groupon campaigns help us market our brand and become well known in locations where we open new clinics but also it also consolidates our clientele at our well-established clinics.
I find Groupon campaigns run over a decent period of time and continue to stay active throughout the entire lifespan of the deal. With some other companies in the past, we had experienced a spike in sales and a rush of customers for a week or two, but then it died. Whereas with Groupon, there is a constant and steady customer influx throughout the period, which makes things much more manageable.
The result of our current campaign is impressive; we’ve already sold 400 vouchers and the campaign is still going on. As mentioned before, it gives us an exposure to the market we would have never been able to explore otherwise.

To anyone thinking of running a Groupon campaign, I say go for it! Groupon is trustworthy and reliable and a good source of marketing. Furthermore, you only pay Groupon when they bring the customers to you, which I believe is a much better investment in marketing than other advertising channels where you pay in advance and still don’t know if you’ll ever get anyone through your doors.
