• Some delays may occur due to other commercial vessels using the wharf, so please be patient.
• All Vivid Sydney bookings are non-refundable, so ensure you can attend and arrive 15 minutes early to avoid missing your cruise.
• Book early to secure your preferred date, as no refunds will be provided if it is unavailable.
• Allow extra travel time due to festival congestion, and arrive at least 15 minutes before departure, as missing the boat will result in no alternative slot.
• Cruise times include both boarding and disembarkment. This offer is not valid on weekends or public holidays, and prams, smoking, and wheelchair access are not permitted.
• The 7-day cooling-off refund period does not apply, and refunds will not be issued for a change of mind.
