Have a private and semi-private session with Australia's leading Pilates Instructor, the pioneer of Pilates in Australia, Allan Menezes at his Body Contrology Pilates Studio in Chatswood.

This session will be an assessment of your strengths and weakness and introduce you to Allan's version of Pilates - far more bio-mechanically advanced to regular Pilates classes. Be prepared to be amazed by the content and knowledge.

Learn about the B-Line(R), Stamina Stretch, Ocean Breath, SpinalCore(R), etc. Even have your walk analysed to alleviate spinal compression...and so much more.

Although there are a max of 5 attendees, everyone is doing their own tailored routine under constant supervision.

After attending the studio you will also receive access to a 50 minute online video of Menezes Pilates Floor Level 1.

Initial consultations are 90 minutes long. Semi-private sessions are 60 minutes long.
