• Rosemary Lemonade: Gin, rosemary syrup, elderflower liqueur, lemon juice, soda

• Our chef makes almost everything on-site and menus are subject to change due to seasonality and product availability
• 100 gins are available on the back bar but not "included" in this experience

With an incredible 12,000 possible gin and tonic pairings, it boasts one of Sydney’s deepest gin collections. Guests can enjoy a sumptuous three-tiered selection of sandwiches, savoury pastries, freshly baked scones with house-made berry jam and Tasmanian clotted cream, and chef-curated petit fours. Gin cocktails, served in elegant glass teapots, complement the experience with options like Cornish Punch, English Garden, Pimm’s No. 1, and Rosemary Lemonade.

Both Omnivore and Vegetarian menus are available, featuring highlights such as wild mushroom arancini, salmon blinis, heirloom tomato tarts, and tomato and pesto sandwiches. Vegan and gluten-free options can be accommodated upon request, making this experience inclusive for all dietary preferences.
