The Glacier 51 Patagonian Tooth Fish is often known as the 'Wagyu of fish', with a complex yet delicate mouth feel and unique characteristics. The skin of the fish is black and the flesh is white, with no pin bones. When filleted, it is a solid piece of white flesh. The flesh contains a high level of Omega 3 fatty acids that are released when cooked. This high Omega 3 and fat content makes the fish well suited to both dry and moist heat preparations and the flesh provides a culinary versatility that is rare in fish fillets. Aiming to promote sustainability, Glacier 51 Toothfish is certified sustainable by the Marine Stewardship Council (MSC) and is also rated Best Choice by the Monterey Bay Aquarium’s Seafood Watch Program in the USA. The Toothfish can be enjoyed with fresh salad and crispy chips after an entrée of mixed seafood.
The Dock Seafood and Oyster Bar
Set in Fremantle overlooking King’s Square, The Dock Seafood and Oyster Bar is where seafood lovers flock for a wide selection of fresh seafood. Menu offerings include up to 15 types of fish, a seafood basket, sashimi plate and oysters by the dozen. The restaurant also has Duckstein Pilsner and Two Birds Golden Ale on tap.

Booked in with a Groupon voucher for lunch and it was just amazing! Had delicious char grilled lobster meat with a squeeze of lemon, yummy fresh chilled oysters, salmon, prawns & mussels and topped with very nice crispy chips! The two of us enjoyed it thoroughly! The service was also very good and the staff were friendly too!
