Persons under 12 must be accompanied by guardian. Appointment required, contact by phone at 0432 225 636. Download free Groupon app for Android and iOS. State Voucher and Security Code at time of booking. Present printed or smartphone Groupon on arrival. • Check-in is 30 minutes prior to experience.
• The safety induction video is 15 minutes prior to your session time, if you miss it you cannot perform the session.
• Must be 7years or older or 25kg minimum weight.
• Maximum parasail weight is 200kg combined.
• Vouchers are only valid for operating sessions - 9am, 10am, 11am, 12pm and 2pm
• $20 surcharge applies for booking on any Weekend, Public Holiday, QLD, NSW and VIC School Holidays, Easter Long Weekend or Christmas Holidays, surcharge payable at time of booking or check in.
• Vouchers not valid for use between December 20th - January 10th.
• Phone or text to book: 0432 225 636; state 3 requested available dates, and Voucher and Security Code at time of booking.
• Confirmation of date and time is made within 24 hours via text message, with your date and time.
• Present printed or smartphone voucher on arrival.
• All booking changes on customers' behalf made within 48 hours of session time will incur a 50% fee of original voucher price, no refunds or credits for no shows.
• Minimum 4 people required for activity to operate. Operator reserve the right to change departure times or reschedule trips due to minimum numbers, bad weather or maintenance requirements.
• If the trip is cancelled, you will be offered a reschedule date.
• Wind and weather restrictions may apply which could result in rescheduling or cancellation due to safety precautions.
• Children under the age of 12 years old must be accompanied by adult.
• Must not be under the influence of drugs or alcohol.
• Please bring valid photo ID for every participant.
• Please wear casual clothes.
