Customers can take advantage of the likes of flotation tank, infrared sauna or hyperbaric chamber sessions, or get help in speeding up their recovery process by means of hydromassage or cryotherapy. The available therapies can be used to address different areas of wellbeing, from general fitness and weight management to localised rejuvenation.
