• Please arrive 15 minutes prior to appointment
• Late arrival may result in additional charges and/or rescheduling
• $25 surcharge for hair past shoulders and $25 surcharge for thick hair
• Toner not included - $50 surcharge applies if needed
• Not valid for colour corrections
• Not valid for fashion colours, and ombre or balayage techniques
• Additional charges may be required to achieve desired colour results
• Valid for up to one inch of regrowth. Regrowth in excess of one inch will incur further charges. Please inquire with the merchant prior to booking
• Prior in-salon consultation and patch testing recommended for all colour services. Please consult with the salon regarding time required for services and ensure that you have the time available on the day for completion of the service
• All services must be completed in one appointment - only if agreed upon, extra appointments may be scheduled
• Colour services not suitable for those with scalp irritation and other skin conditions. Consult with salon prior to booking to ensure suitability
