From its locale on leafy Harris Street alongside Darling Harbour, Ni Hao Chinese Cuisine creates an atmospheric enclave where folks can indulge their cravings for Eastern delicacies. The menu features a range of traditional Chinese dishes twisted subtly to appeal to modern western palates including slow-fried string beans, sizzling black pepper steak and the Bondi Fried Chook – a dish comprising of deep fried Shandong-style chicken with vinegar sauce. A range of chef’s specials allow the restaurant’s culinary creators to fully exercise their passions. Meals include duck or pork san choy bow, tiger prawns in Ni Hao honey salsa and the Salt and Pepper III – a crispy trio of calamari, prawns and fish fillet served with sweet and sour dip.
