What We Offer
Aerial Dance & Fitness Classes for 5 weeks
- The deal includes a whole 5-week term:
- 1x 55 min class per week
- 3 x additional practice times per week
Choose from our aerial dance and fitness classes. Our classes include flexibility conditioning, tricks, cardio fitness, strengthening, and having a blast with your class. Most classes include a dance routine, too. No previous experience or fitness level is required. Check out our classes at ispin.com.au.
Pole: Combines dance, basic acrobatics, and fitness. At iSpin, we take elements from various dance forms, pole fitness, and circus performance. There are four levels of pole dancing at iSpin, plus we have specialised pole classes.
Sling: A long, wide piece of silky fabric with both ends hung from an anchor point, creating a swing you can spin in, or not if you don't want to spin. It can be held together and used as one entity, split apart like a big horseshoe or opened up into an enormous hammock. Sling classes include yoga, aerial acrobatic tricks, and transitioning sequences.
Lyra: Our hoops are metal rings, suspended from an anchor point – think circus performances. It combines basic acrobatic tricks, flexibility, strength, and dance choreography. To get the best experience in lyra we recommend you have a couple of terms of aerial or other upper body strength experience before transitioning.
