About Hangout on 20 Preston
Enter a retro cafe that brings back the memories of the golden age of jazz at Hangout on 20 Preston. A well-lit elegant venue in the vicinity of Swan River, this eatery boasts chic wooden furniture and a polished bartop creating a throwback to the decor of Prohibition-era America. Wooden barrels used as side tables and brass instruments laying on shelves only heighten the atmosphere with a collection of jazz musicians' portraits being a cherry on top of the cake. A shot of colour is introduced with potted plants sitting on the tables and the bar, creating a contrast against the dark and shaded wallpaper.
