• Hair below shoulders will incur surcharge of $25 payable to salon on the day
• Thick hair will incur surcharge of $25 payable to the salon on day; please contact salon if you are unsure
• Hair treatment is a basic treatment that can be upgraded on the day for a surcharge
• Please arrive 5 mins prior to appointment time
• Not valid on Sun-Mon
• Not valid on public holidays
• 48-hour cancellation policy or voucher is forfeited
