– All hot air balloon flights are subject to availability and weather conditions
– Governed by the weather & fly with the wind so every flight is different
– Merchant will email Rebooking Link if flight is cancelled by pilot so you may reschedule and fly on a better day
– Non-refundable after 7 days from purchase or once redeemed/booked
– Not recommended for international or interstate customers who are in Victoria on short-stay holiday as vouchers are non-refundable
– Any request to reschedule after voucher has expired will incur additional rebooking fees
– No-flight days are at discretion of Duty Pilot for passenger safety
– No wheelchair access
