What’s not included?
- City taxes and resort fees – these should be paid on arrival at the hotel/resort
- Checked bags – additional luggage allowance should be purchased directly from your airline
- Advance seat selection – most airlines charge a fee for this. You can choose yours as a trip add-on when you book or afterwards with your airline, even at check-in
- Hotel security deposit – this may be required at check-in to cover charges incurred during your stay, e.g. paid entertainment, meals, drinks or other extras
- Meal plan is room only (meals can be added for an extra cost at time of booking)
What type of hotel/resort is included?
- We always book accommodation rated by independent reviewers, scoring at least 7/10 on booking.com or 3.5/5 on Tripadvisor.
- Your accommodation will also be clean, comfortable and safe, and you’ll stay in a minimum of 3* accommodation with a private room and ensuite bathroom.
I didn't like my drawn destination. Can I get a refund or swap my destination?
- The luck of the draw is what makes mystery vacations so exciting. To ensure each draw remains fair, we can’t provide a refund because you didn’t like the allocated destination.
- However, you can discuss available alternatives with our sales team based on your departure date/preferred airport.
When will I get my documents?
- Confirmations will be sent out within 48 hours from the date the booking is completed with the Travel Provider. Travel documents will be emailed 14 days before departure.

Your mystery escape could take you to a tropical beach paradise, a buzzing international city, or a charming coastal or regional getaway right here in Australia. Whether you're dreaming of white sand, world-class shopping, epic street food, or cultural sights, it’s all possible—without knowing where until just before you go.
How It Works
- Buy a minimum of 2 vouchers
- Fill the online redemption form with the dates you are available to fly
- The draw will take place immediately and you will be contacted within 72 hours to know your mystery holiday destination
Voucher Allocation:
Destinations are drawn at random based on your preferred travel dates and departure airport.
The draw has a pot of 2000 vouchers. If more than 2000 vouchers are sold another draw will take place separately.
- 6 Gold Tier vouchers for 7 nights in the allocated destination
- 12 Silver Tier vouchers for 4 nights in the allocated destination
- 1982 Bronze Tier vouchers for 2 nights in the allocated destination
If you are drawn to a destination where restrictions prevent travel (whether outbound or inbound) you will be offered a suitable alternative destination or date.
