Embark on a 9-night journey through India, starting with your arrival in Delhi, where you'll explore its vibrant mix of modern and historical landmarks, from bustling markets to the iconic India Gate. Next, travel to Agra to marvel at the breathtaking Taj Mahal and the impressive Agra Fort. Continue to Ranthambore for an exhilarating wildlife safari in search of tigers and other majestic creatures. Then, head to Jaipur, the "Pink City," to discover its architectural wonders like Amber Fort and the Hawa Mahal. Conclude your adventure with memories of India's rich culture and heritage as you depart from Jaipur for your return journey.

9-Night Itinerary

Day 1 – Arrive Delhi:
Arrive in Delhi. Following customs, immigration formalities, and baggage collection, our representative will meet you as you exit the arrival terminal building, after which you will be transferred to your hotel for 2-night stay. Check-in time is 1400 hours. The rest of the day is spent at leisure unwinding and relaxing in the comforts of your hotel.
Overnight stay at the hotel – Delhi.

Day 2 – Delhi:
Enjoy a leisurely breakfast and proceed on a guided tour of Old Delhi and New Delhi. In Old Delhi, drive past the Red Fort, visit Raj Ghat, the simple but moving memorial to Mahatma Gandhi. A short walk and local Rickshaw ride in the narrow bylanes is full of legends and unfolds many historic tales of Shajahanbad. See the quaint shops with incredible wares from food stalls to jewelry.

Later in the afternoon, get ready to explore imperial Delhi. Drive past the imposing India Gate (War Memorial Arch), Parliament buildings, and Rashtrapati Bhawan (the President’s residence). Visit a step well before visiting the UNESCO World Heritage-listed tomb of Emperor Humayun. The tomb was the first garden-tomb in the Indian subcontinent, a wonderful example of early Mughal architecture.

Day 3 – Drive to Agra:
After the buffet breakfast, drive to the Mughal city of Agra (205 Km / approx. 5 hours). On arrival in Agra, check into your hotel for a stay of 1 night.
Afternoon enjoy a guided tour of Agra Fort, an outstanding example of Mughal architecture and the seat and the stronghold of the Mughal Empire under successive generations. Visit its Hall of Public Audience and Royal Pavilions.

Day 4 – Drive to Ranthambore:
Visit the Taj Mahal at sunrise (closed on Friday). Built by Emperor Shah Jahan in the 17th century as a mausoleum for his wife Mumtaz Mahal, a masterpiece in marble and one of the world’s most famous landmarks.
Later enjoy a buffet breakfast at the hotel and drive to Ranthambore (300 Kms / approx. 7 hours).
Following breakfast check out from the hotel and drive to Ranthambore.
On arrival in Ranthambore, check into the hotel for 2 nights.

Day 5 – Ranthambore:
Wake up early today to undertake an experience you’ll never forget, a thrilling jungle safari in open-top shared canters through Ranthambore National Park. Drive to the dense jungle of Ranthambore for tiger tracking and bird watching accompanied by a naturalist. The scrub woodlands of Ranthambore were the erstwhile hunting reserve of Maharajas of Jaipur. Today, it is a sanctuary for India’s exotic wildlife, and famous for spotting the majestic predator – the tiger. The park is also home to a large variety of other animals, including sambar deer, panthers, marsh crocodiles, jungle cats, civets, wild boar, sloth bears and leopards, as well as being a birdwatcher’s delight with more than 250 species of birds nesting there. Afterward, return to the hotel for breakfast.
Afternoon at leisure OR you may choose to go for an optional afternoon safari in a sharing canter.

Day 6 – Drive to Jaipur:
Morning is free for another Safari (Optional)
After breakfast, drive to the royal city of Jaipur (175 Kms / approx. 4 hours).
On arrival in Jaipur, check into the hotel for 3 nights.

Day 7 – Jaipur:
After breakfast, proceed for a tour of the fabulous hilltop citadel of Amber Fort, en route taking a photo-stop at Hawa Mahal, a five-storied wonder with a spectacular pyramidal facade. Located at the top of a hill, Amber Fort offers spectacular view of the old town below.
The rest of the afternoon is at leisure, or you may choose the following optional tour:
(Optional) Pink city tour: Enjoy the city tour including a visit to the royal City Palace Museum, which has a superb collection of Rajasthani costumes and armory of Mughals and Rajput kings. Continue to the UNESCO-listed awe-inspiring Jantar Mantar, an astronomical observatory built in the 18th century.

Day 8 – Jaipur:
After breakfast enjoy a guided Heritage walk to explore the walled city of Jaipur which has an interesting history to learn about. The Maharaja of Jaipur, Maharaja Sawai Jai Singh constructed 20 feet high fortification walls to cover the city from all sides, for security purposes and designed seven entry gates. Wander the streets of the old city and learn the history of Jaipur, its culture, tradition, beliefs, and other aspects that makeup Jaipur.
The rest of the afternoon is at leisure. In the evening you may choose the following optional tour:
Cooking demonstration and dinner with a noble family: This evening, discover the dynamic cuisine of Rajasthan as you visit a local family. Witness the play of spices and flavors at a cooking demonstration by a culinary expert. Dishes like Dal Bhati Churma (traditional pulses and bread), Laal Maas (mutton dish), Bhoondo raita, and pulao (rice dish) are some of the delectable items that may be prepared. Observe the distinct cooking style, method, and ingredients used. Learn the properties of every spice and the role it plays in producing the desired taste. Later, savor a perfect Rajasthani meal with your host.
Overnight stay at the hotel – Jaipur.

Day 9 – Drive to Delhi:
Enjoy a leisurely breakfast at the hotel. Check-out and proceed on your drive to Delhi (260 Km / approx. 6 hours). Stay overnight in a hotel close to the airport.

Day 10 – Delhi Departure:
Room till noon. Later you will be transferred to the airport for your onward journey.
