Fine Print
• Not valid on Mon-Tue
• Not valid on public holidays
• 48-hour cancellation policy or voucher is forfeited
• Two vouchers can be used for a double kayak
• Merchant may need to cancel activity if weather is predicted to be unfavourable; notice of cancellation is usually sent by email or text at least 2 hours before booking
• On rare occasions, activities may be cancelled last minute if weather predictions change
• In case of cancellation due to weather, reschedule will be offered, but no refunds given
• Changes to booking dates and/or times will incur an admin fee
• Vouchers are valid for choice of kayak or paddleboard only; no swapping during session
• Full hire must be used in 1 session
• Those under 16 must be accompanied by a participating adult
• Participants must be able to swim
• Not suitable for anyone over 110kg in weight
