Adequate hydration is crucial to ensure optimal results. It is recommended that at least 2 liters of water be consumed within the 24 hours leading up to the treatment. This intake should be evenly distributed throughout the day to maintain consistent hydration levels.
Treatment areas are categorized as follows:
