My grandchildren had a ball. I would definitely go again.

Staff were looking disheveled (mess at hair and untidy clothing (one had tips in his tacksuit pants) and appeared to be disengaged with safety issues that were right in front of them (jumping into pit head first, more than 1 person jumping on trampoline at a time, unsafe jumping on main trampolines). We’re told we cannot use voucher during holidays, and could not find this information anywhere online. Foam pits very low (need more foam) which made it hard for kids to get out. Music was appropriate and loud and kids still had a good time.

Service at registers was ok. A little slow, but that’s the process. Was told cannot use Groupon during school holidays! Argued this and was allowed to use. Found staff in the floor of trampoline area to be lacking. Disengaged in their job and appeared to be distracted and not watching for safety. Too many kids in one section, all jumping on trampoline at the same time. Not enough foam cubes in foam pit (well below previous levels) and lots of kids being unsafe running around the trampolines. Venue got extremely busy with school groups, and no extra staff were put on to assist with supervision. Would not go to Penrith venue again in holidays, if at all. Kids had a good time. 3/10.
