Centrally located on Regal Place, Co-Op Dining are dedicated to celebrating regional flavours in a modern and unpretentious environment. Their degustation menus are based on five or ten courses and showcase locally sourced and seasonal Western Australian produce, relying on sustainable farming and small family-run suppliers. The ever-changing line-up of specialities may feature items such as dry-aged mutton tartar, Geraldton kingfish or White Rocks veal. The meal can be complemented with a glass of tepache or wine and topped off with a selection of decadent sweets.
