Staff were very friendly and helpful. The food was delicious and I loved the fruit scones. The room had an old world feel to it and was very elegant as was the table setting. The only glitch was poor internet connection which meant I couldn't retrieve my Groupon voucher from the App. My suggestion to others would be take a hard copy of the voucher or take a screen shot before your visit. Given the above, I would still return to the Rendezvous for another high tea. It is a great experience.

Absolutely fantastic, great value, service was exceptional. Took the entire family as a Christmas present, it catered beautifully for ages 2-70.

The wait staff were great and friendly. The sweet food wasn’t great - it wasn’t fresh and had been prepared maybe the day before - had food sweats and macarons were soft, no crunch on the shell. Sandwiches were okay, the ham & cheese was the best with flavour. Scones were great but I had to ask for more cream which did come. It was a bit odd sitting in the foyer, well it felt like the lobby going to the hotel rooms.

For one person the food provided was cery disappointing

I booked in for one person for gluten free option,on arrival was told cant offer it. Sandwiches were un fresh bread and cakes were very average.Beautifull setting ,shame about the food quailty.

very awful!!! never go back again!!!!!!! Not good environment at all, the high tea itself was very low-grade, three tier - bottom tier all about cheap white bread, one layer got about 6-7 small desserts sharing for two! Scone up the top level, high tea isn’t high tea, like ordering an bread and scone set, never will we go back again, full stop! Absolutely a disappointment!
