This experience wasn't terrible but I wouldn't say it was great. The "foot spa" is quite misleading given that it's just a bucket lined with plastic filled with warm water with some tea bags floating in it. You're sat in the main room where people walking past can see in, in broad daylight soaking your feet. I didn't feel relaxed. The foot massage however was impeccable, my therapist had incredibly strong hands and knew what she was doing. The massage was nice especially the addition of the stones but she used her elbows across my ribs repeatedly which was quite painful, she also didn't ask what kind of pressure was desired or areas that I'd like to have worked on so the majority of time was spent on my back when I would have preferred the time spread out over my entire posterior side. There was small things that happened during such as when she was doing my facial/massaging my neck etc, she had originally placed a towel over my eyes but wasn't aware of the towel when working on my neck and her hands unaware kept pulling upwards and literally pushing into and opening my eyes, that was very unpleasant. The towel was then removed upon my clear discomfort and I was simply faced to the lighting. During my facial when you are meant to be left to relax, it was clearly less then 2m away that the foot bath was being cleaned out and getting ready for the next client, doors banging and just in general a noisy experience.

Gentleman was friendly, the massage more like a deep Thai massage than remedial massage. Would recommend alternative option to the foot spa - i soaked feet in warm water in a wooden bucket with some kind of bin liner for 15 minutes and there was minimal foot massage following. Body massage was hard but good. Decor was sparing.

It was relaxing not overly enjoyable - never had anyone climb on me and use there body parts to massage they spoke no English and had a bad cough worst experience ever Would not go back not a full body massage like add said

The ambiance wasn't great. It was cold and a bit run down. The lady was lovely and very friendly but I wouldn't go again.
