Fantastic whale watching. Staff on board could not be more friendly. Boat was spacious and super comfortable. We saw so many whales. Some came right out of the water in front of us. Just magic!

It was a lovely boat but lacked the professionalism and service of other whale watching vessels.

It was okay experience They did not take boat close to the whales. My mate did spirit of gold coast and we saw its video. They had a much better experience than we did.

We booked a sunset cruise with this company to celebrate my partner’s 40th birthday, and it turned out to be the most disappointing experience imaginable. Despite confirming the trip via email a month in advance to ensure everything would be perfect, no one showed up at the marina. We waited for over an hour, tried calling repeatedly, and received no response. To make matters worse, I emailed the following day to ask what happened, and it has now been three days with zero communication from their team. This company ruined what should have been a magical evening. Avoid at all costs—terrible customer service and an utter lack of professionalism.

sadly didn't get to see many whales, departed 10 minutes late and arrive back 10 minutes early, so not a full 2.5 hours.
