I quickly purchased and sent off my booking details via SMS (by the way, as a millennial, I LOVE the SMS booking), and within minutes had my slots booked, granted that the slots are about a month away as they are busy and book out well in advance, they seem to be as accommodating as possible. Just ensure you read all the T&C's. I look forward getting my treatments!

Did not visit- scheduled to go 19th Oct but they claimed my voucher anyway

The room is small and looks and feels like a storage room. I was only able to have 2 sessions instead of the 3 I paid for, because they have very few time slots available and they’re very far apart. Once they made a mistake with a booking (they gave me the wrong time) which meant they could only reschedule for weeks later. I didn’t really mind not being able to attend the 3rd session as the first 2 did not do very much. Waste of money and especially precious time! If you can afford it, go and pay full price at a more professional establishment.

no communication, only standard SMS, only a few spot free, I had to reschedule an appointment and I got the first date after 3 weeks. They redeem the voucher just when you book, I did not use it and they already got the money. don't use this provider

They don't take any calls. Communication by SMS only. I haven't used the voucher yet. I am surprised that it has already been redeemed.
