-Appointment for initial consultation with practitioner should occur by: 90 days from purchase.
-Timing of procedure to be agreed upon between customer and practitioner.
-Purchase of vouchers does not amount to informed consent.
-Recommended only for purchasers who fully understand the treatment and the risks of the treatment.
-Any surgical or invasive procedure carries risks. Before proceeding, a second opinion sought from an appropriately qualified health practitioner is recommended.
-New customers only.
-Limit 1 per person.
-Please arrive 10 minutes early.
-48 hour cancellation notice required.
-Not suitable for pregnant and breastfeeding people.
-Must be 18 or older.
-Actual number of units administered is at practitioner's discretion.
