Fine Print
- Expiry: 90 days from purchase.
- For booking, please email booking@windx.com.au with your full home address including area code, Groupon voucher code, and contact number.
- Last bookings are taken at 5 pm.
- 48 hours’ notice is required to change a booking you have made. All changes and cancellations are subject to the merchant's standard refund policy.
- Present printed or smartphone voucher on arrival.
- Download the free Groupon app for Android and iOS.
- Valid hours: Monday and Tuesday: 7 am to 4 pm, Wednesday to Friday: 9:30 am to 1 pm.
- Not valid on public holidays, Saturdays, and Sundays.
- No-shows will result in voiding the voucher.

- This voucher covers up to 15 segments of windows. Please note, segments refer to sections of windows, not individual windows.

- This voucher is valid exclusively for window glass cleaning. It does not cover cleaning of flyscreens, tracks, or any other areas not specified.
- This offer can’t be used for or in part for a building under construction or recently completed; and/or renovation clean.
- Customers are kindly requested to provide safe parking for our employees. If metered parking is necessary, the customer is responsible for covering the associated costs.
- Windx reserves the right to withdraw service if a property is deemed to be unsafe, which may include (but is not limited to) structural, biological, or chemical hazards. If unsure, please contact Windx before purchasing.
- Vouchers for this offer are limited. Not valid with any other offer.
- If your house has more than 15 segments of windows, please inform us before booking your appointment. We charge an additional $5 for each extra segment on single storey houses and $10 for double storey houses, payable directly to the merchant.
- For sliding doors, there is an additional charge of $10 per segment, payable directly to the merchant.
- Valid for cleaning standard windows only. This excludes French windows, louvered windows, sliding doors, pool fences, balcony glass, and other specialized window types. For clarification or additional services, please contact us before purchasing the voucher.
- Our service covers a 10km radius of Madeley 6065. If you reside outside this area, please contact us to discuss transportation costs.
