Infrared sauna therapy involves using infrared wavelengths to produce heat, aiming to create a multitude of health and wellness benefits.
Infrared sauna therapy helps promote cell health and tissue regeneration, enhanced healing, skin rejuvenation, and may encourage white cell production (an important aspect of healing.)
