What is Ka Huna massage?
This beautiful form of bodywork provides a holistic approach to healing by balancing the body-mind in its physical, emotional and spiritual dimensions.
Using the hands, forearms and elbows the practitioner moves around the table using a flowing Hula and Tai Chi style movement, working with energy to apply soft and deep tissue massage.

• It's recommended that you don’t eat 1-2 hours before treatment and drink at least half a litre of water before starting your sauna
