- This bike hire service has a minimum number requirement. Feel free to contact us leading up to your booking, to see if we have reached the minimum numbers. If you have some flexibility around the days you can ride, this goes a long way to help getting you on your adventure.
- SPD pedals. These can be hired on the day for $15.
- Shoes are very important. Blatzers lookout and Hanging Rock is loose underfoot. Shoes need GRIP!
- The owner Sam is very flexible and accommodating. Let him know if you have any special requests and he will always try.
- Start and finish times can vary to accommodate customers. All is confirmed the night before with a phone call from Sam.
- A passport, licence or acceptable form of identification along with an active credit card is required on the day for security purposes.
- Due to the service being mobile, we do require minimum numbers for the day to go ahead, so please reach out anytime after you have booked, to see if we have reached the minimum numbers. If you can be a little flexible with your ride day, this can go a long way to getting you on your great adventure.
- Accidental bike damage insurance. Does not cover any of the electrical components.

Redemption Instructions
• Please add height and gender for each rider so the correct size bike will be selected.
• A current valid passport / licence and a credit card is required for security and insurance purposes.
• Minumum height to fit the Xtra Small bike is 148cm.
• Dress code: - closed shoes (with good grip), no jeans, no long cargo pants. Recommend active wear pants or shorts (or both).
• Minimum numbers apply. There is a possibility of cancellation after confirmation if there is not enough passengers to meet requirements. In the event of this occurring, you will be offered an alternative or full refund.
• Due to the nature of this tour and the safety of all guests, the tour operator reserves the right to refuse service to passengers who are intoxicated or show signs of intoxication. If, as a result, your tour is canceled, you will not be entitled to a refund.
• Not recommended for pregnant women.
• SPD pedals can be hired on day fr $15.
• Bike insurance to cover accidental damage can be purchased on the day for $25.
