Highlights
- Start off with a Wagyu tataki: a duo of Japanese Wagyu 5 (75 gm) and Australian full-blood Wagyu AA5+ (150 gm), served with pumpkin and capsicum. All wagyu is cooked medium rare unless requested differently by the customer.
- Move on to Flaming No.1 Special: crab salad with avocado wrapped in Hiramasa kingfish and flamed on the teppan with a secret sauce. Indulge in poached French foie gras cooked on the teppan with daikon, shitake mushroom, asparagus and nomono sauce, plus shaved black truffle with a touch of gold.
- Enjoy cauliflower soup with slow-roasted caramelised cauliflower blended by hand with fresh vegetable stock and cream.
- Take a break with a hot mushroom salad - a selection of Japanese mushrooms sautéed with mixed leaves in garlic butter sauce.
- Taste Motoyaki scallop seared on the teppan, then flamed with parmesan sauce in the shell.
- Cleanse the palate with an aromatic yuzu lemon sorbet
- Ease off with a red and white miso soup with garlic or steamed rice.
- Finish on a sweet note with crêpe Suzette: a traditional French dessert made teppanyaki-style with orange caramel sauce and orange, flambéed with Grand Marnier and served with and vanilla bean ice-cream.
- Choose to upgrade to include 150g AA9+ full-blood Australian Wagyu sirloin.
