Located in the lavish 5-star Swissotel Sydney, JPB offers breakfast and dinner made from seasonally sourced ingredients. Executive Chef Thomas Heinrich has a passion for Australia’s native produce and flavoursome dishes that resemble art. Not somewhere you would usually think of going at a hotel when you aren't staying there. We came here on a Groupon voucher & really enjoyed the meal. The restaurant was nice, the service was good & the food was fantastic. Every course was delicious & we will definitely be back.

Took advantage of a Groupon voucher deal of four course dinner for two inc a bottle of wine on Thursday 19 June 2014. Had a great meal , both had and enjoyed the risotto, I had the pork dish wife had the fish, very nice, matched with a decent bottle of wine, and complimented by a friendly and attentive staff...
