Your jam-packed day begins at the Jollimont Centre at 10 am where you will be picked up to embark on a day tour to the Snowy Mountains. Set out to the Snowy Vineyard Estate on the banks of the Snowy River where a winery sits on 35 acres of land, accompanied by a restaurant, microbrewery and a cellar door. Here Groupies receive a schnapps tasting and a shared food platter before heading out on a brewery tour where you will taste a range of locally hand-crafted beers. Enjoy a stroll around the property or head down to the river to seek out the resident platypus and abundant wildlife, then head back to home base for wine tastings. Spend the afternoon listening to live music and have a light snooze on the way back to Canberra.

Snowy Vineyard Estate & Microbrewery

Snowy Vineyard Estate & Microbrewery was established in the ’80s and has become a popular tourist destination in the Snowy Mountains region. They winery specialises in semi-dry sweet and fruity wines, and is the coldest climate vineyard in Australia. They have a range of exclusive cold climate wines that are only available at the cellar door or through direct order from the winery.
