- Each customer is required a valid voucher. Child tickets are valid for 3-14 YO. Adult tickets are valid for 15 YO and above. Children under 3 years old are not allowed.

☎️ Booking: Appointment required. Call 1300 661 225 or 03 8488 7398; at least 48 hours before your preferred tour date to book, please provide full names, contact numbers, preferred pickup locations (CBD or Doncaster) and Groupon Security codes at time of booking. Present Groupon on arrival.
⛔️ Restrictions: Once the tour is booked (voucher is redeemed), no refund is available. Change of date is allowed up to 48 hours prior to the tour date.. However, the snow season may end earlier subject to weather conditions. Snow is not guaranteed for the booked dates. Please check the weather forecast before booking. If you select the ''Return on a different date'' option, please note: We are unable to pick you up and drop you off in Mansfield. Please ensure to book your own accommodation at the Mt. Buller Ski Resort for day 1 and the final day. We highly recommend you pre-purchase your lift tickets via the Mt Buller Resort website before your trip to ensure you have passes for your stay. No changes or refunds are allowed within 48 hours from the tour date.
