Shantell Restaurant and Vineyard

Set on a hillside at Dixons Creek Shantell Restaurant and Vineyard planted its first vines in 1981, resulting in 10 hectares of vineyard producing Chardonnay, Cabernet Sauvignon, Shiraz, Pinot Noir, and Semillon grapes. The restaurant features two open verandas for outdoor dining amongst the vines and a menu that uses vegetables and herbs from their kitchen garden. Visitors are welcome to try the wine paired with each dish, and to bring home bottles from their cellar.
