-Please provide 24 hours notice to cancel or change your appointment to avoid cancellation fees

-50% fee for same day cancellations (6 hours notice)
-100% fee for failure to attend appointment with less than 6 hours notice
-Client who do not show up for their appointment without contacting us will be considered a ‘NO SHOW’ and therefore will incur the full cost of treatment.
-If you incur a cancellation fee, the fee will be invoiced by email and due in 7 days, otherwise pay via phone.
-If we can fill your changed/cancelled appointment time, you will NOT be charged a fee. You are welcome to send a friend to take your appointment to avoid these fees.
