Srilanka has a great history that began over 30000 years ago. Srilankan Cusine invented and developed in this passage of time.
Now, we use many ingredients in Srilankan Cooking, such as Cinamon' Ginger' Garlic' Curry powder' Cardimon' Curry leaves' Tumeric etc. Due to its geographical location, surrounded by the ocean, Srilankan started use of coconut milk for all sorts of cooking, and now it is an essential part of Srilankan cuisine
