Seawall

Created by the tea behind Lotus Dumpling Bar, Seawall is a waterfront restaurant and bar in Walsh Bay. Head Chef Cameron Bailey, seen on 2013’s MasterChef Australia, has worked at est restaurant and Icebergs; celebrity chef Marco Pierre White has said “Cameron has got a lot of energy and a lot of want and he spends a lot of time mastering his ability. He makes his food incredibly visual, almost too good to eat.” Meanwhile, head bartender Alberto D’Agostino wields a sophisticated wine and cocktail list.
