Pizza connoisseurs will toss the dough with delight at the quality gourmet fare on offer at this chic establishment located on Brunswick’s trendy Lygon Street. Choose from any delicious pizza including the sumptuous Marinara generously topped with King prawns, scallops and calamari, the Calabrese with mild salami, bacon and mushroom and arguably the greatest triumph - the Sahara Special featuring Virginia ham, salami, bacon, mushrooms, roast peppers and traditional mouth-watering Napoli sauce. All pizzas are lovingly prepared in a traditional wood fired oven, which is also used for marshmallows, peanuts and fairy floss. A Greek salad is offered on the side and the meal is ably complemented with a glass of house wine.

Sahara Nights is fast becoming a staple of Brunswick’s dining district, with the chefs specialising in Mediterranean pizazz and fine dining Egyptian culinary delights. Patrons wander from humdrum normality into the warm, welcoming décor and admire with artistic wonderment at the murals colourfully adorning the walls.
