High quality cream is flash frozen with a blast of liquid nitrogen, creating ice crystals much smaller than those found in mass-produced varieties and is incorporated with barely any oxygen to produce a thick, silky mixture. I heard a lot about this place before deciding to give it a go.. And I'm sure glad i did, on entry the staff were great, very welcoming. The array of flavours were great, and to hear they change every week certainly means il be back for more. I will be recomending negative 210 to everyone I know.

If your on the Gold Coast and looking for a cold treat this is definitely the place to visit. The best Icecream i've ever had, friendly staff and good price for serving size. If your looking for a challenge you must try the worlds hottest icecream!
