Fine Print
Valid days and hours: Mon-Sun 11am-9.30pm. Subject to suitable weather. State Voucher and Security Code at time of booking. Present printed Groupon on arrival. Children 4 and under can come for free. Not valid on Christmas Day. Max. 10 passengers per cabin (including infants & children). Only food and drinks purchased at the Melbourne Star Departure Lounge are permitted in cabins. Due to operational requirements, prams and mobile scooters are not permitted in the cabins; they can be left in the designated area next to the Welcome Host. Non-motorised wheelchairs available. Step-free access requirements must be expressed at the time of booking and are subject to space availability. Child is classified as aged 5-15. Backpacks and suitcases of any size are not permitted within the cabin. Any other bag or handbag larger than A3 paper is not permitted within the cabin. There are open storage bins at their welcome host location (upstairs where the tickets are scanned) where visitors can leave bags and luggage for collection following their flight; whilst these bins are in sight of the staff, the merchant cannot be responsible for any loss of property.
